How we use data.

School records come from the Department for Education's Get Information About Schools (GIAS) bulk extract — refreshed daily. Inspection outcomes come from Ofsted's five-year inspection data and the ISI report archive.

We never scrape commercial competitors (FindMySchool, Locrating, School Guide). All sources are open-licensed (OGL v3.0) or directly from school websites.

Your notes and planner content are private to your account and are never sold. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (never your individual browsing) may be shared with schools.
