The Aldgate School is a Church of England voluntary aided primary school in the City of London, teaching around 250 boys and girls aged 3 to 11, with nursery classes. Ofsted rated it Outstanding in July 2024.

The school says it was founded over 300 years ago and remains supported by its trustees, The Portal Trust, describing itself as the only maintained school in the City of London, with a Christian, values-led ethos serving families of all backgrounds.
