Fairley House School is a selective independent special school in Westminster, London, teaching around 220 pupils aged 5 to 16. It specialises in supporting pupils with specific learning difficulties, and has special classes.

Its ISI inspection in July 2025 found that the school met all the relevant standards considered, including for safeguarding.

The school describes itself as a day school for children with specific learning differences such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia, and says it was founded in 1982 as the first dyslexia school in the country, offering education across Key Stages 1 to 4 including a tailored GCSE programme.
