Its ISI inspection in September 2023 found standards met, but safeguarding standards were not met.

The school describes itself as a friendly private preparatory school with small classes, traditional values of courtesy and respect, and a nurturing environment where pastoral care underpins learning. It says pupils are encouraged by dedicated teachers and supported through attention to wellbeing, mental health, PSHEE, mindfulness and pupil voice.
