Newnham Junior School is a local authority maintained community junior school in Ruislip, Hillingdon, for boys and girls aged 7 to 11. It has around 360 pupils. Ofsted rated the school Outstanding in April 2024.
At Key Stage 2, 81% of pupils achieved the expected standard in reading, writing and maths, with 17% reaching the higher standard.
The school describes itself as a three-form entry junior school in Eastcote, close to transport links and next to Newnham Infant School. It says its motto is “To not go forwards is to go backwards” and that it aims to develop intrinsic learners through an interesting curriculum and learning attitudes of resilience, respect, resourcefulness, responsibility and reflection.
