Harlington School is a local authority maintained foundation secondary school in Hayes, Hillingdon, for boys and girls aged 11 to 19. It has a sixth form, around 1,370 pupils and a non-selective admissions policy. Recorded SEN provision includes autistic spectrum disorder and physical disability. Its most recent Ofsted inspection in January 2025 did not give an overall effectiveness grade.

Its GCSE Attainment 8 score was 42.5, and 40.6% of pupils achieved grade 5 or above in English and maths. At A level, the average grade was C, with 6.9% achieving AAB or higher; 69% of pupils moved on to higher education.
