Meadow High School is a community special school in Uxbridge, Hillingdon, teaching around 285 pupils aged 11 to 19, with a sixth form and special classes. It supports pupils with autism, moderate learning difficulties, speech, language and communication needs, physical disability, and visual and hearing impairment.

The school says it operates across two sites, Royal Lane and Northwood Road, with a mission to deliver personalised education that gives young people purpose and choice. It describes a broad, inclusive curriculum spanning academic and vocational courses, an extensive extracurricular programme, and the strapline "Learning for Life."
