The Heathland School is a local authority maintained community secondary school in Hounslow for boys and girls aged 11 to 18. It has a sixth form, around 1,830 pupils and a non-selective admissions policy. Ofsted rated the school Outstanding in June 2024.
Its GCSE Attainment 8 score was 52, and 57.2% achieved grade 5 or above in English and maths. At A level, the average grade was C+, with 13.3% achieving AAB or higher; 62% of pupils moved on to higher education.
The school says its ethos centres on a “Commitment to Excellence” and describes an enriching curriculum, high standards, courtesy, self-discipline and respect. It also presents itself as a diverse and inclusive community.
