Ricards Lodge High School is a local authority maintained girls' community secondary school in London, within Merton, for ages 11 to 19. It has a sixth form, special classes, around 1,475 pupils and recorded provision for speech, language and communication needs. The school was rated Outstanding at its last full Ofsted inspection in December 2017, so that judgement is now dated.
Its GCSE Attainment 8 score was 54.2, and 55.4% achieved grade 5 or above in English and maths. At A level, the average grade was B-, with 14.9% achieving AAB or higher; 76% moved on to higher education.
The school says it educates successful women of the future, with values including compassion, equality, resilience, aspiration and teamwork. It describes a broad education, extra-curricular activity and strong pastoral support.
