Ilford County High School is a local authority maintained community secondary school in Ilford, within Redbridge, for boys aged 11 to 18. It is selective, has a sixth form and around 1,125 pupils. Ofsted rated the school Good in December 2021.

Its GCSE Attainment 8 score was 75.7, and 97.2% of pupils achieved grade 5 or above in English and maths.

At 16 to 18, the average A level grade was B, 35.4% of A level entries were in AAB or higher combinations, and 67% of students sustained a higher education destination.
