Cherry Orchard Primary School

Cherry Orchard Primary School is a local authority maintained community primary school in Birmingham for boys and girls aged 3 to 11. It has nursery classes, around 450 pupils and recorded provision for autistic spectrum disorder. Ofsted rated the school Good in June 2023.

At Key Stage 2, 73% of pupils achieved the expected standard in reading, writing and maths, with 8% reaching the higher standard.

The school uses the phrase 'We care, we learn, we succeed' and describes itself as a two-form-entry primary with a nursery class and a SEND resource base for children with autism. It says it serves a community of many faiths and cultures and has a friendly, supportive atmosphere where wellbeing and development matter.
