Pens Meadow School is a community special school in Pensnett, Dudley, for boys and girls aged 3 to 19. It has nursery classes, a sixth form and around 115 pupils, with provision including visual and hearing impairment, speech and language needs, autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, multi-sensory impairment, physical disability and moderate learning difficulty.

Ofsted rated the school Good at its last full inspection in January 2020, so that judgement is now dated. The school highlights total communication and says it provides opportunities for pupils to develop meaningful and functional ways of communicating.
