The Gleddings School is an independent, non-selective preparatory school in Halifax, Calderdale, for boys and girls aged 3 to 11. It has nursery classes and around 225 pupils.
Its ISI inspection in May 2023 found standards met, including safeguarding.
The school describes a caring ethos and says it values the uniqueness of each child. It also says extended school days and holiday schools are part of its offer, alongside a focus on basic knowledge and skills in grammar, spelling and mathematics.
