George Stephenson High School is a non-selective foundation secondary school in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, within North Tyneside, for students aged 11 to 18, with a sixth form and around 1,160 pupils. Ofsted rated it Good at its last full inspection in 2019, so that judgement is now dated.
The school has special classes and SEN provision for moderate learning difficulty. It describes a positive ethos with pastoral and academic guidance, facilities for learning, and core values of Ambition, Respect and Community chosen after consultation in 2022.
