The Willink School is a large non-selective community secondary school near Reading, in West Berkshire, teaching around 1,230 students aged 11 to 18 and running its own sixth form. GCSE Attainment 8 was 51.9 and 57.1% of pupils achieved grade 5 or above in English and maths; at A-level the average grade was B-, with 19.8% achieving AAB or better in facilitating subjects, and 45% of students progressed to higher education.

The school says its core values are Engage, Respect and Achieve, and describes a broad curriculum with extra-curricular clubs, trips and visits, aiming to help students become confident, respectful and resilient.
