Queen Anne's School is a selective Church of England independent school for girls in Reading. It teaches ages 11 to 19, has boarding and a sixth form, and is a relatively small senior school, with around 360 pupils.

The school describes a community of individual girls who are curious, thoughtful and eager to grow, supported by curriculum, clubs, activities and pastoral care.

Its November 2023 ISI inspection found standards and safeguarding standards met, and the inspection summary notes the aim of developing 'kind hearts, fierce minds and strong spirits'.

At A level, the average grade was B+, and 20% achieved AAB or better in two or more facilitating subjects.
