King's Ely is a Church of England independent boarding and day school in Ely, serving ages 2 to 19 with nursery classes and a sixth form. It is a large school, with around 1,155 pupils.
The school says it was established over 1,000 years ago to educate the choristers of Ely Cathedral, and describes a mission to prepare pupils for positive, productive and fulfilled lives. ISI found standards and safeguarding standards met in March 2025.
