Staveley CofE School is a Church of England voluntary controlled primary school in the Kendal area of Westmorland and Furness, for boys and girls aged 4 to 11. Ofsted's January 2025 inspection did not give an overall grade; 55% of Key Stage 2 pupils met the expected standard in reading, writing and maths.
The school describes itself as a village school in beautiful grounds surrounded by hills, fields and trees. It highlights strong community links, close work with St James' Church, core Christian values of friendship, respect, compassion, thankfulness, courage and service, and a curriculum enriched by trips, residential visits, outdoor activity days and theme weeks.
