Austin Friars is a Roman Catholic non-selective independent school in Carlisle, Cumberland, for boys and girls aged 3 to 18. It has nursery classes and a sixth form.

The school describes its education as rooted in traditional Augustinian values of unitas, veritas and caritas: unity, truth and love. An ISI inspection in October 2025 found that not all standards were met and safeguarding standards were not met.
