South Devon Steiner School is a mixed independent school in Devon, teaching ages 2 to 19 with nursery classes, a sixth form and non-selective admissions. At its January 2022 Ofsted inspection, the school was judged Requires improvement. Separately, its March 2024 ISI inspection found standards and safeguarding standards met.
The school says it follows the Steiner Waldorf curriculum near Dartington, on the edge of Dartmoor, with 8 acres of grounds. It describes learning through experience, observation, story, art and outdoor life, becoming more academic as pupils move through the school.
