Mountjoy School is a community special school in Beaminster, Dorset, for boys and girls aged 4 to 19. It has special classes and a sixth form, with SEN provision covering autism, sensory impairments, speech and language needs, physical disability, and moderate, severe and profound learning difficulties. Ofsted rated it Good in January 2023.
The school says it works closely with families to help pupils grow into happy, resilient adults with a strong sense of their future. It describes a modern, well-resourced environment with a hydrotherapy pool, sensory room and garden, soft play area and outdoor learning spaces.
