Durham High School is a selective independent Anglican school in Durham for boys and girls aged 3 to 18. It has nursery classes and a sixth form, and teaches just under 300 pupils.

Its ISI inspection in October 2025 found the relevant standards and safeguarding standards met.

The school describes a through-school journey from Pre-Prep to Sixth Form, with a holistic early-years approach, a welcoming Prep department with a family atmosphere, and a broad Senior curriculum. GCSE Attainment 8 was 51.7, and A level entries averaged grade B.
