Uckfield College is a non-selective community secondary school and sixth form in Uckfield, East Sussex, serving boys and girls aged 11 to 18. Its SEN provision includes autistic spectrum disorder. Ofsted rated the school Outstanding in 2024. GCSE Attainment 8 was 47, and 46.2% of pupils achieved grade 5 or above in English and maths.

At A level, the average grade was B-, 12.8% achieved AAB or higher in two or more facilitating subjects, and 49% of students progressed to higher education.

The school describes a caring learning community where students are at the heart of decisions, with an ethos of aspiration, belonging and respect.
