Patcham High School is a non-selective community secondary school in Brighton and Hove, serving boys and girls aged 11 to 16. Ofsted rated the school Good at its last full inspection (2017). GCSE Attainment 8 was 45.5, and 45.4% of pupils achieved grade 5 or above in English and maths; 23.8% of pupils are eligible for free school meals.

The school says its aim is to develop well-balanced 16 year olds ready for the wider world, and describes emphasis on relationships, teamwork, a can-do attitude, extra-curricular clubs and pastoral support for social and emotional development.
