Hill House School is an independent special school in Lymington, Hampshire, for boys and girls aged 11 to 19. It has boarding, special classes, a sixth form and SEN provision including autism, speech and language needs, severe learning difficulty and other difficulties or disabilities.

The school says it designs education for children with autism and offers 52-week residential care for pupils with autism, severe learning difficulties and associated behaviours. It describes a focus on communication, social skills, self-management and independence, supported by a calm and flexible approach. Ofsted rated the school Outstanding in May 2024.
