The Forum School is an independent special school in Blandford Forum, Dorset, for boys and girls aged 7 to 19. It has boarding, special classes, a sixth form and SEN provision including autism, speech and language needs, moderate learning difficulty and severe learning difficulty.
The school says it is a 38-52 week school and home for children and young people with autism, set in 28 acres. It describes differentiated National Curriculum teaching, clinical and therapeutic input, and classes where six students are supported by a teacher and at least two teaching assistants. Ofsted rated the school Requires improvement in January 2023, with independent school standards met.
