Springwell School is a community special school in Southampton for boys and girls aged 4 to 11. It has special classes and broad SEN provision across specific learning difficulty, speech, language and communication needs, autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, sensory impairment, physical disability and complex learning needs. Ofsted rated the school Outstanding at its last full inspection in 2013, so that inspection evidence is now dated.
The school says every child has an Education, Health and Care Plan and describes Rainbow Values, specialist teaching rooms, multi-sensory spaces, a hydrotherapy pool and communication supports.
