St George's School is a community special school in Newport on the Isle of Wight for ages 11 to 19, with a sixth form and around 210 pupils. Its specialist provision spans sensory impairments, speech, language and communication needs, autism, social, emotional and mental health, physical disability and learning difficulties. Ofsted rated the school Good at its last full inspection in 2012, an older outcome.

The school describes a community where everyone is valued as an individual, with a focus on independence, personal choices, personal effort and treating others with tolerance, compassion and respect.
