Brookfield School is a community special school in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire, for boys and girls aged 11 to 16. It has special classes, around 80 pupils and provision for social, emotional and mental health needs. Ofsted rated the school Good in May 2022.
The school describes provision for pupils with needs and challenges linked to SEMH. It says it has three provisions based in Poulton, Fleetwood and Warton, with smaller classes, increased support, a KS4 academic, vocational and careers offer, and a Transition Pathway for students who have faced barriers in previous settings.
