The Pilgrim School is a community special hospital school in Lincoln for boys and girls aged 4 to 16. It is a very small setting with special classes.

The school says it acts for Lincolnshire County Council under Section 19 of the 1996 Education Act, providing education for pupils unable to access mainstream school because of short- or long-term physical or mental illness. Ofsted rated the school Good at its last full inspection (2013), so that inspection is now more than a decade old.
