The Mount School (York) is a Quaker independent school in York for boys and girls aged 2 to 18, with boarding, nursery classes and a sixth form.
Its ISI inspection in January 2025 found the relevant standards met, including safeguarding.
The school says its Prep and Senior School are on a 16-acre campus near York train station, and that it was founded in 1785 by Quakers Esther and William Tuke.
