Hurtwood House School is a non-selective mixed independent boarding school near Dorking, Surrey, for students aged 15 to 19. It has a sixth form and around 320 pupils.
The school describes itself as combining elements of a traditional boarding school and a modern sixth-form college, with a focus on creativity, academic rigour and preparation for life beyond school. At its October 2025 ISI inspection, safeguarding standards were met but not all relevant standards were met; inspectors identified weaknesses in oversight and risk management for boarders.
