Rugby School is a selective Church of England independent boarding school in Rugby, within Warwickshire local authority. It teaches mixed pupils aged 13 to 18 and has a sixth form.

Its ISI inspection in May 2025 found standards and safeguarding standards met. The school links its identity to William Webb-Ellis and the phrase 'fine disregard', describing an education shaped by academic, artistic, spiritual and sporting life. Its own framing also emphasises houses, breadth of activities and the idea of the whole person.
