Russet House School is a community special school in Enfield for boys and girls aged 3 to 11, with nursery classes. It has special classes and SEN provision for autistic spectrum disorder. Ofsted rated the school Good in July 2022.

The school says it provides specialised education for autistic young people in a happy, purposeful and nurturing environment. It describes a curriculum centred on social communication and self-regulation, positive trauma-informed approaches to behaviour, and the Enfield Advisory Service for Autism sharing expertise through outreach.
