The Meadows School

The Meadows School is a mixed community special school in Oldbury, Sandwell, for pupils aged 11 to 19. It has a sixth form and special classes, with SEN provision spanning learning difficulties, sensory impairment, communication needs, autism, SEMH, multi-sensory impairment and physical disability. Ofsted rated the school Requires improvement in September 2023.

The school says it is one of Sandwell's four special schools and describes a student-centred, family school for learners with complex, profound and multiple learning difficulties, associated communication and language difficulties, challenging behaviours and acute medical needs.
