Highlands School is a large mixed, non-selective community secondary school in Enfield, London, for pupils aged 11 to 18. It has a sixth form and SEN provision for hearing impairment. Ofsted's December 2024 inspection did not give an overall grade. At GCSE, the school's Attainment 8 score is 55.6, and 64.7% of pupils achieved grade 5 or above in English and maths; 70% of students progressed to higher education.

The school says it opened in 2000 and describes values of determination, aspiration, respect and equality, alongside a broad curriculum, performing arts, sport and extracurricular activities.
