The Old School House is a very small independent special school for boys in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, for ages 7 to 16. It has special classes and provides for social, emotional and mental health needs. Ofsted rated it Requires improvement in September 2023 and found the independent school standards met.
The school says it supports young people with SEMH in a nurturing, therapeutic and stimulating environment. It describes a flexible approach, an adapted curriculum for each child and a focus on re-engaging pupils in purposeful learning before further education, training or adult life.
