Peterhouse School is a non-maintained special school in Southport, Sefton, for boys and girls aged 5 to 19. It has a sixth form and special classes, with SEN provision for autistic spectrum disorder. Ofsted rated the school Requires improvement in July 2023.

The school says it is for children and young people with a diagnosis of autism. It says it opened in 1974, is owned and managed by Autism Initiatives UK, and aims to help pupils leave with skills, knowledge and understanding for adult life.
