The Oaks Secondary School is a community special school in Spennymoor, County Durham, for boys and girls aged 11 to 19. It has special classes, a sixth form and SEN provision for autism, moderate learning difficulty, severe learning difficulty, and profound and multiple learning difficulty. Ofsted rated the school Outstanding at its last inspection in May 2013.

The school says it opened in 2005 in a specially designed building and offers a diverse curriculum with accreditation opportunities and different class models.
