The Annex School House is an other independent special school in Swanley, Kent, for boys and girls aged 8 to 16. It has special classes and SEN provision for social, emotional and mental health needs. Ofsted rated the school Good in December 2021, and the independent school standards were met at that inspection.

The school describes a small day setting on the same grounds as Pembroke Care Home, with wraparound support, an adapted curriculum and personalised timetables shaped around individual needs and interests.
