Acorn School is a small independent special school in Winkleigh, Devon, for boys and girls aged 8 to 16. Its registered SEN provision is for social, emotional and mental health needs, and Ofsted rated the school Good in March 2024.

The school says it provides a supportive learning environment for pupils in Key Stages 2 to 4 with SEMH needs, autism and/or specific learning difficulties. It describes a nurturing approach in which each pupil has a bespoke programme, including social development alongside academic and vocational learning.
