Leigh Academy Strood is a large secondary academy in Rochester, Medway. It is mixed and non-selective, teaching ages 11 to 19 with a sixth form, and its SEN provision includes autistic spectrum disorder. Ofsted judged the school Good at its 2013 inspection. GCSE Attainment 8 was 41.2, 23.1% achieved grade 5 or above in English and maths, the average A-level grade was D+, and 39% of students progressed to higher education.

The school says it uses a small-school model and an IB education framework, with teaching and experiences beyond the classroom.
