Woodlands Meed is a foundation special school in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, for boys and girls aged 2 to 19. It has a sixth form and broad provision spanning visual and hearing impairment, speech, language and communication needs, autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, physical disability, and moderate, severe, and profound and multiple learning difficulty.

The school describes a combined school and college offering individualised care and learning, supported by a multi-disciplinary team including speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, special school nurses and physiotherapy.
