The Blue School is a non-selective Church of England secondary academy in Wells, Somerset, for pupils aged 11 to 18. It has a sixth form. Ofsted rated it Good at its last full inspection (2017), a rating now more than five years old.
The school says it has served Wells and surrounding communities since 1641. It describes core values of respect, empathy and politeness, a broad creative curriculum, close pastoral care and a Church school ethos that welcomes students of Christian faith, other faiths and no faith.
