The Dean Academy is a non-selective sponsor-led secondary academy in Lydney, Gloucestershire, teaching boys and girls aged 11 to 16. Its SEN provision includes autistic spectrum disorder. Ofsted rated the school Good in October 2021.
The school says its core values are respect and responsibility, with the mission statement "Preparing you today for a successful tomorrow". It describes an inclusive, aspirational community, a deliberately challenging curriculum and extra-curricular opportunities.
