Wyvern Academy is a small special academy in Weymouth, Dorset, for children and young people aged 2 to 19. It has nursery classes, a sixth form and special classes. Ofsted rated it Good at its last full inspection (2015), making that rating more than a decade old.
The school says it is a purpose-built specialist school for pupils with learning difficulties, including autism, physical and sensory disabilities and healthcare needs. It also says it is part of the Teaching Alliance of Dorset Special Schools and provides SEND outreach support to other Dorset schools.
