Hawthorns School is a mixed special primary academy in Hyde, Tameside, for pupils aged 4 to 11. It has special classes and SEN provision for moderate learning difficulty.

The school describes a happy, stimulating and safe learning environment, with a curriculum built around four pathways and the Newbridge MAT vision of creating meaningful futures and destinations. It says it moved into a purpose-built school in Hattersley in September 2024 and works closely with families, carers and other agencies. Ofsted rated it Outstanding at its last full inspection (2015).
