The Cavendish High Academy is a small mixed special academy in Runcorn, Halton, teaching young people aged 11 to 19. It has a sixth form, special classes and provision for severe learning difficulties. Ofsted rated the school Outstanding at its last full inspection (2011).
The school says it is designated for students with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, and autistic spectrum condition with severe learning difficulties, and that students have Education, Health and Care Plans.
