Torfield School is a mixed special academy in Hastings, East Sussex, teaching children aged 4 to 11. It has special classes and provision for speech, language and communication needs, autism, moderate learning difficulty and severe learning difficulty.
The school says it is part of the Torfield and Saxon Mount Academy Trust. It describes a trust vision centred on improving life chances, independence, confidence and preparation for adulthood. Ofsted rated Torfield Outstanding at its last full inspection in 2017; that rating is now dated.
