The Sydney Russell School is a very large non-selective all-through academy in Dagenham, Barking and Dagenham, serving boys and girls aged 4 to 18. It has a sixth form and provision for autistic pupils. Ofsted rated the school Good in January 2022.

The school describes its vision as 'Where the World Comes to School', with a learning community shaped by diverse backgrounds, global citizenship and innovation. It says its motto is 'Together Everyone Achieves More' and frames its aims through Currency, Character and Culture.
